We utilize a 50watt Fiber Laser from San Antonio Lasers. The laser is capable of engraving Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Titanium, Steel and Polymer (think Glock, Sig and PMag items).
Also, we engrave knives, flashlight, and other personalized items. As an authorized dealer, we have access to many of the hard-to-get items firearms and items from manufacturers such as Olight, Kershaw and Cobratecknives.
Each job is a custom piece of work. The designs are customized for you and are based on your input and what you want in your project. Your project could entail a complete 1911, or just the slide, or the grips. We can engrave your shotgun, Glock, Sig, Smith and Wesson or your Colt. We can incorporate images, logos or QR codes and text.
We have a full-size oven for the heat curing coating from Cerakote and other manufacturers. The oven is 60" tall with a 30" x 30" base. It is fully temperature controlled and can handle long rifle barrels, receivers, frames, along with other non-firearm items like engine covers, wheels, handles bars - anything up to 60" long.
Air Cure Cerakote finishes are also available and can be applied to your items (both big and small) as needed.
Cerakote has hundreds of standard colors. We can also mix up custom colors, should you need a color that is not available.
We can take your grandfather's old rusty rifle, shotgun or pistol and bring it back to life by removing rust, dirt and grime so that will be there for future generations. We can restore it with a Polished, Cerakote or Bluing finish.
We will help make sure it is safe to shoot or just make it look good over the mantle. Safety is key when restoring an older firearm.
We can also restore your modern rifle or pistol that may have had an accident and needs something more than just cleaning and wiping down with oil.
Gunsmithing is more than just replacing parts. It is taking an understanding of how a firearm works, and applying those principles to determine what is not working and devising a plan to return the firearm to state where it is fully functional and safe to shoot.
We also have a 130watt CO2 Laser that is used to engrave Stocks, Forearms, Rifle/Shotgun Cases, Leather, Fabric, Acrylic and Wood (such as Doors, Tabletops, Mantles, and Wall Panels).
We can handle items up to 50" wide and 12' long.
